C.P.S Environmental charge an annual management
fee, dependant on the size of the installation.

Environmental design and install the system and
charge an annual management fee which is paid monthly,
the management program is based on the following:
Total
management of pumping system: We shall maintain
all aspects of Operation of the system, the annual fee
covers all mechanical and electrical breakdowns, the
replacement or repair of equipment, all planned preventative
Maintenance, periodic calibration of instrumentation
in compliance with environmental standards, 24 hour
emergency cover.
All
costs for the maintenance of the system shall be met
by C.P.S Environmental, however where negligence
has occurred from the operations
side or acts of vandalism have taken place, these shall
not be covered.
C.P.S Environmental Recognises the need for these
systems to maintain ground water and leachate to consent
levels given, the systems are a burden to all landfill
operatives requiring maintenance year after year, the
systems are in operation for the duration of the waste
management process in most cases for 25 years or more.
In recognition to this dilemma C.P.S Environmental
offer a total systems installation / operation and
